Her personal passion for French cuisine is deliciously reflected in her refined menus and gourmet meals. Captain Jason earned his degree in hospitality from the renowned Ecole du Hotelier on the shores of Lac Leman; in addition to serving as the Captain and Tour Guide aboard Saroche, Jason is also an avid wine enthusiast.
Excursions further reveal Dawn and Jason’s expert palates. Guests enjoy samplings at Alsatian vineyards, touching the region’s pampered grapes and tasting the signature whites, while the area’s artistic attractions are on full display thanks to a tour of the Lalique Museum and a stop at the Chagall windows.
Cabins and bathrooms are brand new, recently renovated in an Art Deco-inspired style. When not socializing in the salon, guests can relax on the spacious deck around the newly installed firepit, or explore the countryside’s greenery and scenery by bicycle or on foot.
