A guided tour of the cellars precedes a winetasting; guests are also encouraged to explore the Chateau's private collection of fine art. Back onboard, Chef is preparing tonight's gourmet dinner.

The Amaryllis leaves the River Saône today en route to Rully via the Canal du Centre, offering a perfect opportunity for a casual stroll or leisurely pedal on the canal’s manicured towpath. Or, laze on deck and admire the pastoral and bucolic scenery drift by. This afternoon, your Tour Guide accompanies you to the immaculately preserved 14th century Château de Germolles on the outskirts of Beaune for a private tour with the property's owner. You will be chauffeured back to Amaryllis for drinks and dinner.

This morning's cruise to Chalon-sur-Soane is through the peaceful valley of the River Saône. Your Tour Guide will chauffeur you to lunch ashore at boutique hotel’s bistro, and then it’s off to the town of Beaune, the region's wine capital. Here you will visit the Hospice de Beaune, preserved Medieval hospital built in the 15th century. Afterwards, browse the shops and galleries lining the pedestrian area, or enjoy a coffee in the town square, followed by a private wine tasting. Your Tour Guide will escort you back to Amaryllis for cocktails and dinner.

Shop, sip, and stroll through this town brimming with authentic French life. Your Tour Guide will chauffeur you back to Amaryllis for an afternoon cruise to St. Jean de Losne. Relax on deck and watch the Burgundian scenery slip by. Cocktail hour precedes another gourmet dinner.
