A guided tour of the cellars precedes a winetasting; guests are also encouraged to explore the Chateau's private collection of fine art. Back onboard, Chef is preparing tonight's gourmet dinner.

The Amaryllis leaves the River Saone today via the Canal du Centre, offering a perfect opportunity for a casual stroll or leisurely pedal on the canal’s manicured towpath. Or, laze on deck and admire the pastoral and bucolic scenery drift by. This afternoon, your Tour Guide accompanies you to the immaculately preserved 14th century Chateau de Germolles on the outskirts of Beaune for a private tour with the property's owner. You will be chauffeured back to Amaryllis for drinks and dinner.

Afterwards, browse the shops and galleries lining the pedestrian area, or enjoy a coffee in the town square, followed by a private winetasting. Your Tour Guide will escort you back to Amaryllis for cocktails and dinner.
