Then it’s on to a special tasting at the nearby Jafflin family wine cellar. Back onboard, Chef is preparing a delicious dinner showcasing local ingredients and regional wines for a true taste of Burgundy!

Return to Le Papillon now moored in the village of Seurre. During this afternoon’s cruise, laze on deck or visit the Captain in his wheelhouse. Return to Le Papillon for a leisurely afternoon cruise toward Chalon-sur-Saone to moor at Saint-Laurent island, located across from the bustling town center. Tonight, savor seasonal specialties when you dine ashore at the family-owned restaurant Le Bistrot.

Sensitively restored by dedicated new owners, Cormatin boasts grand rooms resplendent with gilded ceilings as well as original tapestries, antique furniture, and preserved paintings. Return to Le Papillon, moored in Cuisery, for an evening of drinks and dinner onboard.

Explore Louhan’s historic center with the longest arcaded street in France, Grande-Rue lined with 157 arches. Return to Le Papillon for drinks with the crew and a Farewell Feast featuring Poulet de Bresse, the only “appellation controlee” poultry in the world. Bon Appetit!
