Bottoms up for the bubbly barge Coquelicot! Cruise through the world’s most celebrated champagne-producing region aboard Coquelicot (pronounced “COKE-lee-coh”), named for France’s iconic red poppy flower.

This fabulous three-story vessel feels like a floating French villa. Two beautifully designed terraces — one with ample seating and an open kitchen, the other a shaded dining area — offer perfect spots to sip and socialize as the scenery drifts by. In the inviting salon, guests gather for flutes of Champagne beneath an exquisite stained-glass skylight. Three elegantly appointed cabins feature indulgent touches, from Diptyque bath products to walnut Tivoli Audio speakers to cut crystal glassware.

Drawing from the region’s famed terroir, Coquelicot’s dining program is a star attraction. Champagne-paired dishes shine alongside platters of luscious cheeses and decadent desserts, all complemented by small-batch spirits and craft cocktails. A fully stocked Champagne bar ensures every flute stays full. Two meals ashore add a contemporary taste of local cuisine.

The effervescent adventure continues ashore with curated excursions. Guests can expect private tastings at boutique champagne houses; a tour of Reims and its magnificent coronation Cathedral; sipping and shopping in lively Epernay; and a visit to Hautvillers Abbey, where Dom Pérignon tasted the stars, bringing Champagne to life.
